Window Seat in the nightSometimes it pays to not sleep on a long international flight, especially when your flight is in the path of the aurora borealis. Yes, this was one of those moments that you need to quickly find your gear while everyone is sound asleep. You need to stabilize and you need to block all the glare from the cabin. It took a few attempts, but I think this one will do. I’ll be better prepared next time!
Total Solar Eclipse 2017On August 21, 2017, a solar eclipse occurred in a very narrow region across the United States. With only 2 minutes to spare I had to capture something we rarely ever see our lifetime. Being in the path of totality is worth experiencing and I enjoyed every second of this.
